Shipping area

Raxmate is currently built for U.S.-focused retail orders and wholesale inquiries. Available shipping areas, shipping options, and costs may depend on product size, inventory location, destination, and carrier availability.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges, taxes, and available delivery options, when applicable, will be shown during checkout or confirmed by our team for non-standard orders.

Order processing

In-stock retail orders are processed after order confirmation and payment authorization. Processing times may vary based on product availability, warehouse handling, address verification, carrier pickup, and holiday schedules.

If an item is out of stock, unavailable, or cannot be shipped to the provided address, we may contact you to adjust the order, wait for restock, or cancel and refund the unavailable item.

Delivery estimates

Any delivery time shown on the site, in checkout, or in an order update is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. Weather, carrier delays, address issues, holiday volume, and other events may affect delivery.

Large, project, and bulk orders

For larger-quantity orders, project orders, dealer orders, or orders that may exceed 2 CBM, please contact us before ordering. We may review origin-direct shipment or other freight options to help reduce shipping cost.

Address accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If an order is delayed, returned, or lost because of an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.

Damage during shipping

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at ama@theraxmate.com with your order number, photos of the package, photos of the product, and a short description of the issue.
